We stand behind the quality of our garments and service. If our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- The item should be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels and the return shipping cost is not covered.
- For defective items, we will send a replacement at no additional charge, eliminating the need for a return.
Note: Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advised. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
If you're awaiting a refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to appear on statements).
- Reach out to your bank regarding processing times.
If after these steps you haven't received your refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Customers cover return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned items, not while they are in transit.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Always contact us before initiating a return.
If your order hasn't been shipped, we can cancel it. Orders in transit cannot be cancelled. To get a refund for such orders:
- Wait for the package to arrive.
- Ship it back to us.
- Upon receipt, we'll refund to your original payment method.
Packages returned due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., unclaimed at post office, delivery refusal, incorrect address) can be redelivered if:
- You contact us with an updated address within 14 days.
- You cover any additional shipping costs.
If no contact is made within 14 days, the items will be donated to a local charity.
