How do I qualify for free shipping?
If you live within Canada or US you will automatically qualify for free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Typically orders take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled. From there transit times are as follows:
1) US: 2-5 days.
2) Canada: 5-10 days.
3) Europe: 7 - 14 days.
4) Asia, South America, Africa, and Australia: 10 - 21 days.
Note: During high order volume times, such as new releases or promotions, orders may take up to 1-2 week to be fulfilled.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer support reps will be able to assist you.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong item, please email us with the photos of the product that you received as well as your order number and we will send you the correct item ASAP.
Do you offer exchanges for defective items?
Yes, please contact us via email if you have received a defective product. In your email please include your name, order number, and photos of the product to ensure we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

All of our clothing is made with premium quality materials. We are dedicated in ensuring that customers are satisfied with the garments they received. On top of that, our prints are made DTG (Direct to Garment) printers to ensure a clean, vibrant, and long lasting designs.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a summary of your order as well as an order number.
From there we take about 1-3 business days to fulfill your order.
As soon as your order gets shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking information.
You will also receive an automated email when your order gets delivered.

Yes, we use cutting edge encryption to ensure that your payment information stays secure. Our payment gateway is level 1 PCI DSS Certified. Even employees at our company won't be able to see your confidential payment information.
