Google User Data Policy
Project Orochi uses an internal tool called Orochi Ads that connects to the Google accounts of Project Orochi's own business (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Gmail). It's used only by the owner and staff of Project Orochi to manage advertising, product listings and business email. It isn't offered to the public.
The tool accesses Google Ads campaign and performance data, Merchant Center product data, and email messages in the Project Orochi business inboxes. It uses this data only to report on ad performance, keep product listings correct, flag business emails that need a reply, and create draft replies in those inboxes for the owner to review and send. We don't sell this data, share it with third parties or use it for advertising or to train AI models. The data stays on the Project Orochi computer where the tool runs, and it's not accessible to anyone outside the business.
The tool stores Google sign-in tokens on that computer so it can keep working without asking for a login each time. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we will delete any stored data about you on request at projectorochi@gmail.com.
Project Orochi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
